CBL envisions impacting the world for christ through a network of faith based companies and business professionals who sense a call to lead as spiritual business statesmen/women, equipped from the inside out, moving toward effective change and purpose in utilizing thier life, gifts, talents and businesses as tools of influence in developing business cultures of integrity, character, trust, intentional giving impacting the marketplace in expanding the kingdom globally.
CBL Believes the effectiveness and fulfillment of such a calling requires a network in which likeminded professionals connect engage and develop personally, professionally and spiritually.
CBL Believes there exit’s three critical areas in which this call can be identified, cultivated and fulfilled.
One: Significant Relationships of integrity, character, trust, accountable and a commitment of growing with likeminded professionals in utilizing their lives and businesses in making a difference in each other and the marketplace.
Two: Strategic Resources that will impact one:
o Personally, -in gaining a clear perspective of who they are, how they can effectively lead and serve in their world,
o Professionally –leading as a spiritual business statesman, business development with likeminded professionals and participating in God’s kingdom economy
o Spiritually -becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ, confirming ones calling within the framework of a biblical worldview.
Three: Life Giving Experiences - serving through servant leadership work projects, connecting philanthropically businesses through the network.
CBL objective is to raise up business professionals accountable relationally through a covenanted commitment whose ultimate goal is not just successful business but to make intentional effort in becoming spiritual business statesmen/women in building the kingdom of God in today's global market place and aligning businesses in God's kingdom economy.
