Equipping leaders from the inside out and moving participants toward effective change and purpose is the process of development and training. Principles taught are readily transferable for today's market place professional and enables growth personally and spiritually. Corporate retreats, team training and development, and personal and professional online assessments are also available.

Servant Leadership Work Projects (SLW Projects)
Throughout the year CBL participants have the opportunity to apply servant leadership by giving back to the community and non-profits through various work projects.

Interactive Leadership Forums
Interactive Leadership Forums are round table discussions with leaders to leaders discussing guided topics and providing application and accountability one to another in leadership. Meeting once a month for three hours with breakfast for discussions and prayer concerning issues personally, professionally and spiritually.
