Everything rises and falls on leadership. CBL values their investment in developing Christian leaders of integrity, character and trust. Servant leadership and technical competences are the paths of tomorrow. We believe in servant leadership that is biblical in structure and function, models Christ – likeness and the Spirit’s gifts, seek to develop a biblical leadership style in others. 3. Intentional Stewardship
We believe in stewardship that is sacrificial in the use of one’s time, talents, and treasure. (Proverbs 3:9; Romans 12:1-2, Ephesians 5:15-16a)
4. Ethical Business Practices
We believe in ethical business practices that involve high ethical and moral standards as well as personal and professional conduct as stated in CBL code of conduct. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
5. Lifestyles
We believe in lifestyles that are biblically based and fully devoted to Christ, honor God and bless others, self-sacrificing for Christ without self glory. (Matthew 28:19; Luke 14:27; Colossians 1:9-12; 2 Peter 1:5-11)
6. Life Balance
Lives that are in balance: personally, professionally, and spiritually are able to utilize their strengths more effectively. (Romans 12:-1-2, Ephesians 2:8-10, 5:1-8, 15, Philippians 1:9-11
