Steve Stanley is CEO, Chairman of the board, and founder of Christian Business Leaders. Steve has worked in Corporate America (Exxon/Mobil, private gas and oil companies) as well as non-profit service (church staff, chairman of the board with the Camp Tyler Foundation). Steve, a Baylor University graduate, completed graduate work at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has continued post graduate studies in human relations, leadership development, organizational dynamics and commercial real estate.

Steve is a Certified Birkman Consultant, Birkman International, Houston, Texas. He is the founding member of two non-profit international leadership organizations and contributing writer for several leadership publications and organizations. Steve serves as the President and founder of LEAD (leadership enrichment and development), providing leadership and development for corporate America. He is also the President and Investor Relations Specialist, Domain Equity Group, LP. He is a consultant for private equity partnerships in Texas, North Carolina, and California as well as a speaker and conference leader. Steve is a member of Oakwood Baptist Church in New Braunsfel, TX.

Truman Blocker is a native Dallasite who was born and raised in Richardson, Texas. His favorite pastime is spending time with his family. He married his wife Caryn in 1993 and is the father of four children (son Jack, daughter Kate, daughter Ellie, and daughter Anna Grace). Truman is an avid sports fan and spends much of his time coaching children (his included) in various sports.

He attended Texas Christian University in 1987, graduating with a BBA in Finance in 1991. During that time, he captained the men’s soccer team each of his four years and developed life long friendships both through soccer and as a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. Truman continued his education at TCU and received an MBA in 1993.

In 1993 Truman returned to Dallas to begin his financial services practice. Since that time, he has used a personalized approach to financial planning and helping people reach their goals. His practice has continued to grow and his commitment to education has remained strong. Truman has earned several industry designations, achieving the Certified Funds Specialist (CFS) in 1996, the Charter Life Underwriter (CLU) in 1999, and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 2002. He also remains active in the business community with his involvement in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Financial Planners Association, Marketing Business Partners, and Dallas Executives.

Truman is active in the community serving on the Advisory Council of the Dallas Foundation, as a board member of Christian Business Leaders. He and his family are very active in their church as well.

Truman was named a Partner in Spectrum Strategies, LLC in December of 2002. In addition to managing his own practice, Truman co-manages the Financial Planning team and is involved in the advisor development and management efforts at Spectrum. In this capacity he provides mentoring and coaching to assist other advisors in building their practice and providing for the planning needs of their clients.

His practice is built on developing long-term relationships with his clients that expands by referral.
 

 

 
   

Rick Gabehart

Rick Gabehart worked with Office Expo, Inc. as administrative manager, VP, Controller, HR and Safety Manager of the company as well as serving as manager of the Longview Store in Longview, Texas. Rick graduate from North Texas University with a degree in Human Resource and Finance. Rick has an extensive background in accounting and manufacturing. Serving as company controller in the oil and gas industry for an international and 2 regional oil field drilling and service companies for 18 years. Served as Human Resources and Safety manager for over 6 years for a multi-state manufacturing company. In addition Rick has his Real Estate license, is a Certified Safety Profession, and a Licensed Pilot.

Served as small group bible study leader for whole adult life current teaching youth and adult classes, leads weekly bible studies, participated in complete Bible Study Fellowship courses as leader, and currently serves as a deacon at Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview, TX. Have served on the City of Longview Parks Board, the United Way campaign, American Red cross advisory board, as Kiwanis leadership board, and many committee and fund raisers for the Ambucs organization.

Andy Wimpee

Andy Wimpee

Andy grew up in Garland, Texas. He graduated from Baylor University and served 6 years in the Texas National Guard. Andy served 26 years with Kelly Services with 23 years as VP.  He served as Sr VP with Westaff and served as President of the Texas Association of Staffing and on the Board for 12 years.  Andy served on the S. W. Board for the National Alliance of Business and served on the Board for The Experience for Hire Program for AARP.  Andy is President of Majesty Staffing.
